A System Built for Quality
• Parents and students visiting Book&Table will always see the best available tutors first.
• As tutors complete actions that prove their expertise (e.g. complete lessons that receive a rating of 4+ stars, refer clients to their tutor teammates, etc.) their profile accumulates points. The more points a tutor has, the higher they rank and, thus, the higher they appear in our search results.
• For tutors, those who use the app the most benefit the most from it.


Communication and Payments in One Place
• Parents and students can communicate directly with their tutor in realtime, making scheduling lessons seamless!
• Our Reservations feature allows for users to set reminder notifications on upcoming lessons and assignments.
• Payments are made via credit card through the Book&Table app and are securely handled by Stripe Inc.


Internal Referral Network
• Tutors can find other tutors in the area through the website and add them to their Tutor Team, making them teammates. When a tutor refers a client to their teammate they receive both cash plus points for their profile.
• When tutors receive client referrals from their teammates they receive an in-app message directly through the app!


Structure and Transparency
• Your tutor sends you a Lesson Plan detailing the learning objectives before the session and a Synopsis with tips on how to continue improving afterwards.
• You are charged for your lesson when the tutor sends the Lesson Plan, but the tutor does not receive the payment until after they send the Synopsis. If you are unhappy with your lesson for any reason immediately contact Book&Table by emailing [email protected] or by leaving a message through our Contact Us tab on www.bookandtable.com


Use With Your Current Tutor -- For Free!
• Tutors can invite existing clients to book lessons through the Book&Table app. These clients are not charged our normal service fee. If you pay your tutor $50 now, you can use the app to schedule and book your lessons and you continue to pay $50!
• We do not charge our tutors membership or commission fees. Tutors only pay the 3% transaction fee charged by Striped Payments on bookings with clients that contact them through Book&Table.
• Perfect for teaching assistants or graduate students who freelance, professional educators looking to find private clients, professional tutors.
